On December 15, 2023, Ethan and Katie Brown, along with Maschhoffs, Borgic Farms, and the Illinois Pork Producers collaborated to facilitate an educational opportunity for students. Pigs were brought to the school, providing students with a hands-on experience to observe and learn about swine agriculture. This initiative aims to enhance students’ understanding of the swine industry and its significance in the agricultural landscape.
